OV2281 Sensor Camera Module
The Supertek camera module ST41-2281FF-MIPI is based on a 2MP CMOS Image Sensor OmniVision OV2281, a Supply Voltage of 1.2 to 3 V, and Frame Rate of 30 to 60 fps. The sensor OV2281 from OmniVision Technologies brings enhanced biometric security functionality to mobile devices. OV2281 sensor has a 1/7.5 Inch optical format, which combines with the pixel size of 1.12 µm x 1.12 µm, resulting in the 2.0 Megapixel 1920H x 1080V resolution. As a monochrome sensor, the OV2281 boasts additional IR sensitivity, which allows it to produce clear and fully stable images in extremely low-light conditions.
