No. Most of our products are custom built, and payment needs to be received for all components and assembly before start of production.

In-process and After-sales Questions

Varies, as we do bring in our temporary labor force for large orders. Typically around 20KK units per month. But it can be increased if a project requires so, but might increase cost.

Customized products do not qualify for returns. We encourage customers to start with samples/prototypes, before placing large orders.

Yes. Best method is to contact us via email, with supporting documents, and details. Having the issue explained in writing can result in best communication.
We support early stage projects. They receive all of our resources, including suitable solutions according to their application, provide technical documents, and help with prototyping and manufacturing of almost any camera related product, at reasonable costs.

About Sensor

The premium sensors we use are Sony, Onsemi, Samsung, Omnivision etc.
Resolution, pixel size, low-light performance, and power consumption are key factors. Choose based on your application needs.
Larger pixels capture more light, improving low-light performance. Higher resolution provides more detail.
Largen, Sunny, Sunex, AOET.
High-quality lenses enhance sharpness, reduce distortion, and improve overall image clarity.
Some may be, but differences in interfaces, power, and drivers must be checked for compatibility.

About Camera Module

Yes, we can provide you with lead time for availability. We do manufacture to order.
USB Cameras, MIPI camera, GMSL camera, FPDLink camera, and other related cameras can applied in most industries.
Every unit is focused and tested to client requirement before packaging and delivery.
Full customization of products is available. Customizations to our standard products include: PCB dimension, lens, cable, housing, etc. Customization costs may vary depending on the requirements.
We are a hardware company. Software development should be done by programmers. For USB cameras, we can provide SDK to customer to develop the software if necessary.
We use image sensors from Sony, Onsemi, Samsung, Omnivision, etc., and lenses from Sunex, Leading, Largan, Sunny, etc.

About Customization

Questions for Warranty

We offer standard warranty on all our products against defects in materials and workmanship under manufacturer suggested use by the original purchaser for 12 months after the date of purchase from us.

We offer paid repair and support services for out-of-warranty products.

Questions for Shipping & Delivery

Our products are small in size and high in value, so we usually use international express delivery, which can be delivered within 3-7 days.
Standard samples take about 3-5 days. Customized samples take about 15-25 days. Mass production takes about 20-30 days.
We use appropriate blister trays with anti-static bags for inner packaging, which are vacuum-sealed and placed in outer boxes to ensure product quality during transportation.
Yes, we ship globally to most countries and regions. Our international shipping options ensure reliable and timely delivery, and we work with trusted carriers to provide the best service.
Yes, we accept customer-arranged shipping. If you prefer this option, please provide us with your forwarder’s contact details and shipping instructions.
