- Production & Lead Time:
- Standard Products: Sample orders typically ship within 3-5 days, while mass production takes around 20-30 days.
- Custom Products: Custom samples require 15-25 days, with full production completed in 20-30 day
2. Shipping & Packaging:
- Method: Supertek uses international express delivery to ensure secure and swift delivery within 3-7 days globally.
- Packaging: Each product is carefully packaged using blister trays and anti-static, vacuum-sealed outer boxes to protect product integrity in transit.
3. Tracking & Support: Shipping includes a detailed packing list and tracking information, and Supertek provides warranty-backed support and after-sales follow-up for all shipments.

Warranty
- Unconditional free repair or a complete replacement with a new product within warranty period.
- Shipping and custom fees are borne by Supertek within warranty period.
- All products returned for repair will be shipped back to our client within 7 days of receipt.
Returns & Replacements
Supertek’s returns and replacements policy emphasizes quality assurance and timely support for defect-related issues. Key points include:
1. After-Sales Process:
- Describe the issue and provide batch information and quantity.
- Share photos or videos for confirmation.
- Supertek offers remote guidance to investigate and analyze the cause.
- If necessary, return the product for analysis to prevent recurrence in future orders.
- For future orders, Supertek will either send replacement products or offer a credit toward the order.
2. Limitations:
Damage due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external factors (e.g., improper storage) is excluded from coverage. Only products purchased directly from Supertek or authorized distributors are eligible.

Payment, Pricing & Promotion
Supertek offers flexible payment options, accepting credit card, check, PayPal, or wire transfer.
For standard products, a quote is provided within 24 hours, with a 50% deposit required to start. The remaining 50% is paid before shipping.
