Supertek 5MP MIPI camera module powered by the S5K4E1 CMOS sensor, it is fabricated using Samsung 90nm CMOS image sensor process developed for imaging application to realize high-efficiency and low-power photo sensor.

Product Information

Supertek 5MP MIPI camera module is based on S5K4E1 CMOS image sensor, the sensor has a 1/4″ optical format, which combined with the pixel size of 1.4µm, results in the 5 Megapixel 2592H x 1944V resolution, it is designed for fast yet low power operation, delivering full resolution capture at 30 frames per second (fps) and full HD at 60fps.

Our off-the shelf dimensions are 26.5*8.5mm, any other required dimension can be customized.
