IMX317 4K Digital Camera Module

The Supertek 8.0MP USB2.0 camera module features the SONY IMX317 CMOS image sensor and operates on a 5V supply voltage with a frame rate of 25 fps at 3840*2160 resolution. Its 1/2.5″ optical format and 1.62 µm pixel size provide 8.0 Megapixel 4K 3840H x 2160V resolution. The camera supports 12-bit digital output for shooting high-speed and high-definition moving pictures by horizontal and vertical addition and subsampling. Additionally, it has an electronic shutter function with variable storage time and high sensitivity to reduce dark current.

Supertek 8.0MP USB2.0 camera module is based on SONY IMX317 CMOS image sensor with Supply Voltage 5 V, Frame Rate 25 fps at 3840*2160 resolution. The sensor has a 1/2.5″ optical format, which combined with the pixel size of 1.62 µm, results in the 8.0 Megapixel 4K 3840H x 2160V resolution. It realizes 12-bit digital output for shooting high-speed and high-definition moving pictures by horizontal and vertical addition and subsampling. Realizing high-sensitivity, low dark current, this sensor also has an electronic shutter function with variable storage time.

It is a UVC compliant, plug and play camera module and work with Windows, Linux and Mac OS operation systems, which is suitable for the embedded applications, wide application for electronic equipment, industrial equipment, 3D scanner, VR camera, electronic microscope, medical machines, etc. Our off-the shelf dimensions are combination design, any other required dimension can be customized.
