Challenge
The client faced challenges in ensuring stable WIFI transmission over a distance of more than 5 meters, meeting FCC certification standards, and developing a customized APP. Additionally, since the product ships without a lens, strict cleanliness of the sensor had to be maintained.

What Did Supertek Do?
Lulu, Supertek’s project manager, worked closely with the client to address these challenges. High-quality WIFI chips were selected and tested rigorously during the sample stage to eliminate transmission issues and enhance performance. The PCB design incorporated an 8-layer board with an isolation cover to ensure stable WIFI operation.
Supertek provided an SDK development kit for the DSP, enabling smooth collaboration with the client’s APP software developers. To maintain sensor cleanliness, the photosensitive chips were cleaned in a dust-free workshop. Custom protective films were applied, and software testing ensured cleanliness standards were met before shipment.
